They had this helmet up through 2000 but not sure when they started with it. In 2001 they went to the current helmet.
White helmet
Blue facemask
Logo was BUNA in blue with an underline. Like the Illinois logo

OK here is what I've got for Buna back to 1991
1991-1993 White helmet, blue facemask and 2 single blue stripes down the center, no logo
1994-1996 White helmet, blue facemask, blue single straight stripe down the middle, logo was BUNA
1997-2000 same helmet as now but no logo
2001-current, curent helmet
