PN-G Helmet History

The current PN-G helmet has been used since 1996.

In 1995 the Indians used a white shell with a single purple stripe and purple facemask. The logo was a purple and white FSU spear.

1994 was a white shell with purple mask and current logo written in purple. Striping pattern was as follows

thin purple stripe, white, normal purple stripe, white, thin purple stripe.

They used that for a few years I'll find out exactly how long.

Thanks. I'll get all this put on the site as soon as I can. I'm really trying to contact all the coaches right now to get what I can for 2007. The longer I wait, the harder it will be to get all the information for 07.

things are looking great, couldn't tell if the 1995 helmet you made has the single stripe.

The 1994 helmet was also used in 93, 92, 91.

1990- The FSU Indian head logo on a white shell single purple stripe and purple mask I'll have to get a pic for the details.

1989- I'll have to send a pic

1984-1988 - Washington Redskins logo on white shell single purple stripe purple mask. Everything yellow on the skins logo is purple.

1975-1977 - Current logo in purple on a white shell single purple stripe grey mask.

1968- White shell grey mask

1967- White shell purple football shape with Block I inside much like the old Midland Lee logo grey mask

1964-1966- White shell grey mask
